We offer Annual and Second Semester Enrollment
Annual enrollment is for most families.
If you are planning to transfer out of a school mid-year or have already left school, you can enroll for the Second Semester only. Proof of completion of the First Semester is required.
Annual Enrollment
Students enroll beginning August 1 or February 1, depending on your country’s school year.
The enrollment period is for 365 days, so your local school year can be accommodated within your 12-month enrollment period.
Students in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Europe should choose the August 1 start date. If you live in Latin America or Asia, choose the February 1 start date.
- $375 for the first student in the family
- $50 for each additional student in the family
Second Semester Enrollment
Students can enroll for the second semester of their academic year. Proof of completion of the first semester is required.
You can start January 1 or July 1, depending on your country’s school year. Your period of enrollment will end 7 months later.
Students in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Europe should choose the January 1 start date. If you live in Latin America or Asia, choose July 1.

There is no enrollment deadline. We offer open enrollment anytime during the academic year. We recommend that you enroll by the first day of school in your area.
Easy Records Transfer
We will help you transfer student records from a previous school to West River Academy.
Customize Your Learning
We are not an online school, but an American private school offering a distance learning program to US and international students. We do not provide or require specific curricula, books, or materials. We work with you to create a customized and personalized learning experience.
Simple Reporting
At the end of the year, we ask you to send us a summary of what was learned. A transcript can be issued at that time. It can be legalized with an Apostille if you live outside the U.S.
