Your Graduation Project

You enrolled in 12th grade and purchased the Graduation Program.

Take your time. This is meant to be a meaningful exercise, not a stressful one.

What is the Graduation Project?

This project is a personal presentation — an opportunity for us to know you as an individual and understand your educational story. It is not an exam, a test, or an evaluation. It is yours.

The experiences you have lived through until now have taught you something, and you should receive credit for that. You can look through old family photos, interview relatives, revisit childhood memories — whatever helps you tell your story honestly and completely.

FIRST STEP

Sign your Agreement and submit it to the Graduation team

Before anything else, download the Graduation Project Agreement, fill it out, and send it to the Graduation team. This is what places you in the queue and starts the process on our end.

Download the Agreement PDF

The form asks for your full name, preferred first name, the month and year you’d like to begin, and your choice of project format (A or B — explained in the next section).

Fill it out completely

Include your email address, phone number, and signature. All fields are required.

Send it to the Graduation team

Email your completed Agreement to graduation@westriveracademy.com. This email activates your place in the queue. The team will follow up when it is your turn.

  • Indicate whether you would like to complete your project in English or Spanish.
  • If you plan to apply to a U.S. school or university, mention that you would like your documents uploaded to Parchment — the team will handle that for you.

While you wait: The Graduation team manages responses in order of receipt. You will receive a welcome email when we have reviewed your agreement. If you have not heard back after several weeks, check your spam folder first — then write to graduation@westriveracademy.com.
